Production times vary depending on the product but typically range between 10-14 business days. Please note that this does not include shipping time. Delivery times will vary based on your location, and UKalaDesign is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or unforeseen circumstances.

As all our products are personalised, we do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed and processed. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at ukaladesign@gmail.com, and we will arrange a replacement or correction.
