At UKalaDesign, we are pleased to offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders within the UK.
Delivery Timeframe
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days (free for all orders)
Please note that the delivery timeframe begins once your order has been dispatched. As all our products are personalised and made-to-order, please allow an additional 10-14 business days for production before your item is shipped.
Order Processing
- Once your order is complete and ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
- We do our best to ensure all orders are delivered within the stated timeframe; however, delivery times may vary due to external factors beyond our control (e.g., postal delays, weather conditions).
Delivery Areas
- Our free standard delivery applies to all addresses within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.

- Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
