Since all our items are personalised and made-to-order, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer returns or refunds once your order has been processed.

However, if you receive an item that is damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly. We may offer a replacement or correction at no additional cost to you in such cases.
