Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update your order before we post it out.

How can I place international orders?

All international orders must be placed through Etsy to ensure smooth processing.

When do processing and delivery timeframes begin?

Processing times begin once the customer confirms the design, not when the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times commence once the design is confirmed by the customer, and an email is sent with a tracking number, not at the time of purchase.

Can you guarantee timely delivery?

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, external factors such as weather conditions or postal service delays may impact the actual delivery date.

We appreciate your understanding in such circumstances.

We are not responsible for packages that are delayed or damaged once they have been handed over to the post office and are in transit.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations are accepted within 4 hours of purchase for both personalised and non-personalised items, if we have not designed for you. After this period or after designing, the order cannot be cancelled.

Are returns, refunds or exchanges available for personalised or 3D printed products?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for personalised or custom 3D printed items.

Are returns, refunds or exchanges available for non-personalised items?

Yes, exchanges are accepted for non-personalised items. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

The items within the package should be securely packed to guarantee a safe delivery. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping fees are not covered and are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What is the typical production turnaround for 3D printed items?

The turnaround time is approximately 3-5 working days after design approval, however this is depending on the complexity of the design and lead times from other orders.
